icon sizeing
ok, I use psp and when I'm editing the icon/picture in the program I have a 100x100 icon but then once I save it as a .png my icon/picture changes size and becomes smaller. here's an example of a nonedit icon, on the right is the icon ...

Lost another tutorial
Ello lufflies. I'm trying to find another tutorial that I used to use. I really loved the texture included in it. I made this icon from it. Anyone have the link to the tutorial? I really hope so! ♥ Thanks for your help. ^.^
Translatable tut
I found this kristen bell tutorial with this pinkish/purplish coloring at [info] creamsodas problem is that its made in PSP9 and I was hoping for a photoshop version if there is one or one close to it. Heres the icon by [info] unspell.
